Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 24 May 2016, hereby classifies the reserves described in the First Schedule as local purpose (screen) reserve and the land in the Second Schedule as local purpose street (road) reserve subject to the provisions of the Act.
