Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a resolution dated 21 February 2006, the New Plymouth District Council, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, declares the land described in the Schedule, as a recreation reserve within the meaning of the Act, to form part of Paritutu Centennial Park and pursuant to section 16(2) of the Act, is deemed to be classified for that purpose.
