Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a resolution dated 13 March 2012, the New Plymouth District Council acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, declares the land described in the Schedule, as a recreation reserve within the meaning of the Act, to form part of Carnival/Jubilee Park and pursuant to section 16(2) of the Act is deemed to be classified for that purpose.
