Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Thames-Coromandel District Council subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 (affects part formerly Lot 2 DPS 68175), subject to section 27B of the State-Owned Enterprise Act 1991 (affects part formerly Lot 2 DPS 68175) and Part IV A of the Conservation Act 1987; and
2. Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981 declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Secord Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for stormwater purposes and shall vest in the Thames-Coromandel District Council subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 (affects part formerly Lot 2 DPS 68175), subject to section 27B of the State-Owned Enterprise Act 1991 (affects part formerly Lot 2 DPS 68175), Part IV A of the Conservation Act 1987 (affects part formerly Lot 2 DPS 68175), Certificate S543816 (affects part formerly Part Waipapa Block contained in Record of Title SA7A/78) and a right to convey sewage and water supply easement over part marked “E” on SO 579415 created by Easement Instrument 6893549.5

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
