Revocation of Appointment of Waikato District Council to Control and Manage Reserves, Classification of the Reserves as Local Purpose (Marae) Reserve and Vesting of the Reserves in the Trustees of Waikato Raupatu Lands Trust

Under sections 28, 16 and 26 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Waikato District Council to control and manage the reserves in the Schedule, and classifies the reserves as local purpose (marae) reserve, and vests the reserves in the Trustees of Waikato Raupatu Land Trust in trust for that purpose.
