Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Nina Weir, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for waterworks purposes, subject to the reservations as to coal gold and silver set out in No. 516880 and subject to Notice 8858573.1 pursuant to section 195(2) of the Climate Change Response Act 2002 and shall vest in the Wellington Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
