Land Declared Road—Estuary Place, Richmond, Tasman District
Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Deepal Chand, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice shall be declared road and shall vest in the Tasman District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
