Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Deepal Chand, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

1. pursuant to section 114, the land, life estate and remainder in fee simple described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in Wairoa District Council; and
2. pursuant to section 116, the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land and life estate in Record of Title 456183

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
