Pursuant to the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, and a delegation from the Minister for Greater Christchurch Regeneration, I, Matthew Bradley, Manager Land and Property, Crown Property, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amend the notice dated 3 June 2022, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 June 2022, Notice No. 2022-ln2264, by adding the following interest to Schedule 9:

Well and water rights created by Transfer 157154 for the benefit of Lots 10 and 11 DP 4771 (CB501/73 and CB501/79) only.
