Pursuant to section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Auckland Council hereby amends the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 May 2022, Notice No. 2022-ln1674, by

Deleting reference to DP 51483 from the land listed 76th in the Schedule and substituting this for DP 514383.
