Classification of Reserve and Vesting Part of a Reserve in the Dunedin City Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977 the undersigned classifies the reserve described in the First Schedule, as a recreation reserve, and further, vests that part of the reserve described in the Second Schedule in the Dunedin City Council in trust for that purpose.
