Pursuant to the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, and a delegation from the Minister for Greater Christchurch Regeneration, I, Matthew Bradley, Manager Land and Property, Crown Property, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amend the notice dated 7 June 2022, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 June 2022, Notice No. 2022-ln2294, by:

  1. deleting “Lot 16 DP 388258” and “364474” from Schedule 3
  2. adding the land shown in the Schedule below to Schedule 3
