Pursuant to the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, and a delegation from the Minister for Greater Christchurch Regeneration, I, Matthew Bradley, Manager Land and Property, Crown Property, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amend the notice dated 1 July 2022, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 July 2022, Notice No. 2022-ln2666, by deleting “Lots 36, 37 and 153 DP 48357 CB27B/1084, CB27B/1085, CB27B/1086” from Schedule 3 and replacing it with “Lots 36 and 37 DP 48357 CB27B/1084, CB27B/1085”.
