Pursuant to the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, and a delegation from the Minister for Greater Christchurch Regeneration, I, Matthew Bradley, Manager Land and Property, Crown Property, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amend the notice dated 15 June 2022, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 June 2022, Notice No. 2022-ln2408, by deleting “Lots 30 to 35 and 37 DP 64541 CB35D/1255 to CB35D/1261 (inclusive)” from Schedule 3 and replacing it with “Lots 30 to 35 DP 64541 CB35D/1255 to CB35D/1260 (inclusive)”.
