Classification of Reserve
Pursuant to section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hauraki District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its ordinary meeting of 16 March 2022, hereby classifies the reserve land described in the Schedule to this notice to be a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
