Pursuant to section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hauraki District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its ordinary meeting of 16 March 2022, hereby classifies the reserve land described in the Schedule hereto as scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Act.
