Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sanket Palshikar, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect being entered into, the land in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for reserve purposes and vested in the Tasman District Council; and which becomes common marine and coastal area pursuant to section 17(1) of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
