Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hauraki District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 16 March 2022, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further declares that the land shall be subject to the provisions in the Act relating to scenic reserves.
