Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hauraki District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 16 March 2022, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Act.
