Pursuant to section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a resolution passed at its ordinary meeting of 16 March 2022, the Hauraki District Council, hereby classifies the reserve land described in the Schedule hereto as scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Act.
