Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hauraki District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its Ordinary Meeting of 16 March 2022, hereby classifies the reserve land described in the Schedule hereto as recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
