Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hauraki District Council, pursuant to a resolution at its ordinary meeting of 16 March 2022, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto is a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
