Pursuant to section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hauraki District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its ordinary meeting of 16 March 2022, hereby classifies the reserve land described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
