Gazette.govt.nzPursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Tauranga City Council, by resolution (Resolution CO14/22/5 dated 25 July 2022), reclassifies that part of the reserve in the Schedule from its current classified reserve purpose to its new reclassified reserve purpose, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
