Under the Reserves Act 1977, the undersigned hereby appoints the Christchurch City Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule, and changes the purpose of the reserve from a local purpose (scout hall) reserve to a reserve for recreation purposes, and classifies the reserve as a recreation reserve.
