Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Deepal Chand, Land Information New Zealand:

1. pursuant to section 116 declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped which, pursuant to section 52(1) shall be set apart for use in connection with a road;
2. pursuant to section 52(1) declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for use in connection with a road;

and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
