Pursuant to the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, and a delegation from the Minister for Greater Christchurch Regeneration, I, Matthew Bradley, Manager Land and Property, Crown Property, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amend the notice dated 23 May 2022, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 May 2022, Notice No. 2022-ln2051, by:

1. deleting “Lot 52 DP 564409” and the descriptions for that Lot from Schedule 7;
2. adding the following to the recital:
   e. vests the land owned by the Christchurch City Council set out in Schedule 9 to this notice in the Crown and amalgamates that land with the Crown-owned land described in Schedule 10 to this notice;
3. adding the following interests to Schedule 8:
   Sewage easement over part Lot 57 DP 564409 shown in diagram in Transfer 611932
   Land Covenants in Transfers 573107.2, 577634.2, 603228.1, 629512.1, 658197.1 and 725133.1 for the benefit of Lots 5 to 12, 16 to 20, 25 and 27 DP 48587 only;
4. adding the Schedules set out in this notice.
