Pursuant to section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, Thames-Coromandel District Council, under a delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, authorises the exchange of the local purpose (water supply) reserve described in the First Schedule to this notice for the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice.
