Under section 40 of the Walking Access Act 2008, I declare that the New Zealand Walking Access Commission revokes the notice declaring a walkway known as the Beehive Creek Walkway, dated 30 April 1999 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 May 1999, No. 52, page 1249, over the parcel of land described in the Schedule below.
