Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Tauranga City Council hereby changes the classification of that part of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule to this notice, to local purpose (community building) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
