Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sanket Palshikar, Land Information New Zealand, declares

1. Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Crown and;
2. Pursuant to sections 117 and 120, declares the stopped road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NL8C/708 subject to mortgage 398895.4 and subject to Part IVA Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 Crown Minerals Act 1991

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
