Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the New Plymouth District Council, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, hereby revokes the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 September 1985, No. 180, page 4230, (registered as Gazette Notice 347783) authorising the exchange of part of the recreation reserve land described in the Schedule for other land, defined on LT 14953, as at the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
