Change of Classification of Reserve—Tisbury, Invercargill
Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Invercargill City Council, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation and, pursuant to a council resolution dated 28 June 2022, hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from recreation reserve to local purpose (museum) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
