The General Manager, Community Facilities, Auckland Council authorises the exchange of the recreation reserve land described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule; and further specifies that, following the exchange, the land described in:
- the First Schedule, no longer be recreation reserve land, and be held by Watercare Services Limited; and
- the Second Schedule be held by Auckland Council as a recreation reserve (for the purpose specified in section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977).
