Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hamilton City Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 14 June 2022 and 26 April 2022, gives notice that:

1. Under section 16(1) and 16(10), the land described in the First Schedule is classified as Recreation Reserve and named Tuna Kai Park.
2. Under section 16(1) and 16(10), the land described in the Second Schedule is classified as Recreation Reserve and named Whakapakari Park.
3. Under section 16(1) and 16(10), the land described in the Third Schedule is classified as Local Purpose (Esplanade) Reserve and named Mangaonua Esplanade.
4. Under section 16(1) and 16(10), the land described in the Fourth Schedule is classified as Local Purpose (Esplanade) Reserve and named Mangakotukutuku Esplanade.
5. Under section 16(1) and 16(10), the land described in the Fifth Schedule is classified as Local Purpose (Esplanade) Reserve and named Tauhara Park.
6. Under section 16(1) and 16(10), the land described in the Sixth Schedule is classified as Local Purpose (Esplanade) Reserve and named Featherstone Park.
7. Under section 16(1), the land described in the Seventh Schedule is classified as Recreation Reserve.
8. Under section 16(10), the land described in the Eighth Schedule is named Wehenga Park.
