Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Nina Weir, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(3)(a) of the Act, declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA126D/138 subject to Mortgages 9599483.20 and 11891406.2, Land Covenant 11197097.14 and Encumbrances 11197097.15 and 12405982.1
2. Pursuant to section 116 of the Act, declares the portion of road in the Second Schedule to be stopped and, pursuant to section 118 of the Act, vested in the Auckland Council as esplanade reserve

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
