Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Clare Valerie Hadley, Chief Executive of the Invercargill City Council, hereby declares the change in classification of the reserve land described in the Schedule from Local Purpose Reserve (community buildings and recreational facilities) to Recreation Reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
