Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice dated 27 March 2003 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 April 2003, No. 34, page 912 (for the Declaration of Land as a Recreation Reserve), the Queenstown-Lakes District Council, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, hereby revokes that notice and issues the following notice in its place.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a resolution dated 14 March 2003, the Queenstown-Lakes District Council, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, declares the land described in the Schedule as recreation reserve to form part of Paddy Burton Memorial Park and pursuant to section 16(2) is deemed to be classified for that purpose within the meaning of the Act.
