Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jonathan Wright, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

1. pursuant to section 20 and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired and declared road pursuant to section 114 of the Act and shall vest in the Whangarei District Council;
2. pursuant to sections 116 and 117(3)(a), the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 766967;

on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
