Authorisation of Exchange of Part of Reserve for Other Land
Under section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager of the Tauranga District of the Department of Conservation, authorises the exchange of those parts of the Selwyn Scenic Reserve described in the First Schedule, for the land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the Second Schedule shall be held as a scenic reserve for the purposes of section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977 and form part of the Selwyn Scenic Reserve.
