Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sanket Palshikar, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for reserve purposes, subject to the easements created by Transfers 189599.2, 227737.1 and 5307481.1 and shall vest in the Tasman District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
