Under section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Thames-Coromandel District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its Ordinary Meeting of 7 December 2021, hereby changes the classification of the reserve land described in the Schedule hereto from local purpose (water treatment plant and reservoir) reserve to local purpose (water treatment plant, reservoir and power generation) reserve.
