Notice of Approval for Land to be Sold, Otherwise Disposed of or Modified, Pursuant to Section 5 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991
Pursuant to the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, I, Mark Davies, Director of Operations, Western South Island, hereby approve the sale of the following parcel of land currently vested in the Grey District Council, being part of the land described in Part C of the Schedule to the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, under the description “Greymouth Harbour Lands” and being more particularly described in the following Schedule.
Residential land proposed for sale by the Grey District Council, pursuant to the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1982 and the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991.
