Authorisation of the Exchange of Recreation Reserve Land for Other Land
Pursuant to section 15AA of the Reserves Act 1977, the Invercargill City Council hereby authorises the exchange of the land described in the First Schedule for the Recreation Reserve land described in the Second Schedule.

Shall be vested in the ownership of Invercargill City Council, and be amalgamated with the adjacent portion of Recreation Reserve, now defined as Lot 1, LT 563146.

Shall vest in the ownership of Habitat for Humanity (Invercargill) Limited and be amalgamated with the balance of the land comprised in Record of Title 274621, now defined as Lot 4, LT 563146.
