Under section 31 of the Walking Access Act 2008, I declare that the land described in the Schedule below shall be a walkway and is assigned the name Waipara Vineyard Trail – Mountford Estate.

I have appointed the Hurunui District Council to be the controlling authority for this walkway.

Special Easement Terms

The easement also grants a right for members of the public to pass and repass on cycles.

The easement also allows that subject to controlling authority approval, vehicles may be taken on to the walkway for maintenance purposes only.
