Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jonathan Wright, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

1. Pursuant to section 114, the land in the First Schedule is declared road, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, shall become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Second Schedule is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), is amalgamated with the land in Record of Title HB202/54 subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Mortgage 9805690.10;
3. Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Third Schedule is taken as severance and vested in the owner of the balance of the land in Record of Title HB202/54 subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Mortgage 9805690.10; and
4. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title HBD3/1521 subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991; and
5. Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Fifth Schedule is taken as severance and vested in the owner of the balance of the land in Record of Title HBD3/1521 subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991; and
6. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Sixth Schedule is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title HBD3/519 subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
