Reclassification of Reserves Pursuant to Section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977
Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Rodney Local Board of Auckland Council by resolution (Resolution RD/2022/40) reclassifies the reserves in the Schedule from their current classified reserve purposes to their new reclassified reserve purposes, subject to the provisions of the Act.
