Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sanket Palshikar, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Central Otago District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second to Seventh Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3):
1. The land described in the Second Schedule being amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 941788, subject to Mortgage 12085669.7.
2. The land described in the Third Schedule being amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 941789, subject to Mortgage 12085669.7.
3. The land described in the Fourth Schedule being amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 941791, subject to Mortgage 12085669.7 and subject to the rights and powers implied and attaching to a conservation covenant for the Minister of Conservation created over the stopped road shown as Section 16 on SO 554095, as set out in Conservation Covenant 5009824.9, as if the same were fully set out herein.
4. The land described in the Fifth Schedule being amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 941793, subject to Mortgage 12085669.7 and subject to the rights and powers implied and attaching to a conservation covenant for the Minister of Conservation created over the stopped road shown as Section 17 on SO 554095, as set out in Conservation Covenant 5009824.9, as if the same were fully set out herein.
5. The land described in the Sixth Schedule being amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 941794, subject to Mortgage 12085669.7.
6. The land described in the Seventh Schedule being amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 952818, subject to Mortgage 12085669.7 and subject to the rights and powers implied and attaching to a conservation covenant for the Minister of Conservation created over the stopped road shown as Section 18 on SO 554095, as set out in Conservation Covenant 5009824.9, as if the same were fully set out herein.
