Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown-Lakes District Council, acting under delegated authority, and pursuant to a resolution dated 28 April 2022, hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from local purpose (site for a community centre) reserve to local purpose reserve (site for a community centre and roading and related purposes), and subject to the provisions of the Act.
