Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land information, Sanket Palshikar, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 20, and to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be acquired for use in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown; and
2. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Selwyn District Council

on the day of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
